移民白皮書
我們明白，英國政府最近發布的《移民白皮書》可能會引起持有 BN(O) 簽證的在英港人，以及有意申請來英人士的關注。
此文件目前屬於英國內政部的提案，政府將於今年稍後時間展開全面諮詢，屆時您將有機會表達意見。我們將在諮詢開始時分享相關資訊，並鼓勵您作出回應。英國政府希望了解這些擬議變更可能對您及家人造成的影響。
目前我們尚未掌握更多詳情，如有最新消息，我們將盡快通知大家。
𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿
We understand that the recent publication of this paper will be a cause for concern for Hong Kong BN(O) Visa holders in the UK, and also those considering making an application to come to the UK.
This is currently a Home Office proposal, and there will be a full consultation later in the year giving you the opportunity to have your say. We will share this consultation when it is available, and we will encourage you to respond. The UK Government will be keen to hear how these proposed changes may affect you and your family.
We have no further information on this currently but will advise when we receive an update.
